Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Logbook (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Logbook, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Ensuring the data you enter does not violate any third-party rights.

You may not share your account with others. Each user should have their own account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in bulk.

5. Spaces and shared data

When you create or join a space, you understand that:

  • Other members can see logs, entries, and who logged them.
  • Space owners can add and remove members.
  • Data in a space is accessible to all current members.
  • You are responsible for the content you contribute to shared spaces.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator of Logbook. Content you create (logs, entries, notes) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
